Has anyone been able to get a vendor application from this event Apple Fest '10 Historic Betharaba Park in Winston-Salem

I have sent e-mails, phone calls and even dropped off an info packet at the park office but Mike Burke the show promotor won't return calls or e-mails. This event is in my town and I can't get a response from the promotor. Has anyone else had problems with this event?
