Our artist, Mr. R. Clark, has been a professional artist for more than forty years, and many individuals have his work in their collection.
Payments: We accept payment via paypal or U.S. postal money orders only. Payment for each product must include handling and shipping fees, and all applicable taxes. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Shipping & Order Processing: We ship via ups or the usps (whenever the situation dictates that we do so) within three to five business days of receipt of customers orders.
Refunds and Exchanges: Sorry, httprooseveltclarkartsales.com does not provide refunds, and does not accept returns, or make exchanges. We pride ourselves on producing quality products, and ask that our customers take their orders seriously. However, we are always willing to discuss or address any concerns that our customers have regarding their purchase.
