Bracelets can be resized by us (Please measure your wrist loosely to make sure this will fit. Most common size is 7 ½ inches . Bracelets sizes our made between approx 7 to 8 inches.

Please send resize before shipment is made if you neglect to send this we will be shipping the size on the listing. If you needed resized after shipping please add shipping and handling charge.

Our craftsman use only natural gemstones is their work. These are not perfect stones as they are all natural and unaltered just the way Mother Nature made them. These stones are polished smooth or natural and are simply perfectly imperfect. An individual original – just like you. Our stones possess an exotic beauty and are for the woman free in spirit and pure of heart. Everything and everyone possesses its own innate natural beauty and so we trust to Mother Nature’s hands the creation of our gemstones. Handmade jewelry allows the discerning individual to express themselves in ways mass produced pieces do not.
MIXED METALS
Our craftsman often utilize mixed metals and high quality hypo allergenic nickel free metals in their creations. This is not to be misleading. Mixed metals may be used for artistic or visual reasons or to have backings or bands be non-allergenic.
SHIP and SHOP INFORMATION
Your order is shipped within 24 hours (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays). All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service with tracking and delivery confirmation numbers. All sales are final … however if your item arrives damaged please contact us for return authorization to receive either a replacement or repair.
We take the best images we are able. Please bear in mind that the piece you receive will NOT match the picture exactly. The pictures are taken under professional lighting which is extremely bright. However you are viewing the item over the internet and each computer and monitor combination renders the image slightly differently. In regular room light the piece will look slightly different than your monitor screen.

CUSTOMS NOTICE
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
SHIPPING - is by USPS with delivery conformation. I ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please note that payment with PayPal & credit card is an immediate payment. When using an e check I am required to wait for it to clear to ship out your merchandise this can take 7 to 10 days.
USA - use the tracking number PayPal will email you to estimate delivery time or go to your purchase history page under the purchase is your tracking number. If you do not receive the package within 10 days do contact me.
INTERNATIONAL - your custom's information is on your purchase history page. First class mail to an overseas destination form the USA can take 3 - 5 weeks. Please be patient with the longer shipping times I use USPS because it is the least expensive way to ship for you.
RETURNS - All you need to do is send me a photo via messages. We do not cover your return ship charges however your original ship is refunded along with the purchase price. Again, In the event your item is damaged in shipping contact me for assistance & a replacement.
REFUNDS - are always back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation that the moneys are back in your account from PayPal please do check it to verify the funds have been returned.
