Ole, and welcome to the party. These colourful kitchen towels were inspired by the interplay of the bright colors and the happy feeling they created.
I used red, yellow, hot orange and pink, violet, and a mixed red/yellow in the warp (vertical threads) in cotton and rayon. Then for the weft (horizontal threads) I highlighted a single colour, in this case Red cotton, throughout the towel to play off the other colours. Some photos show the red better. Both cotton and rayon are excellent at absorbing moisture. Rayon also adds extra luster. The mixture of the two creates a soft, thirsty towel.
The towels can be bought individually, together, or mix and match with the other fiesta towels. As a handwoven towel, subtle differences may occur during weaving, and are posted in the photos. The ends are rolled over twice and machine stitched. Photos show the towel from front/back, edges both front/back, and the contrast/design changes from front to back of the towel. They can be hung to highlight the differences on either side. These can be used to dry dishes and hands, or to accent the kitchen. They're meant to be both useful and decorative.

Care Instructions:
For best care and long term use, I recommend no more than regular washing in cold water. Do not bleach. Use moderate heat to dry and iron. Aggressive washing and drying will cause undo wear of the yarn. Use it; just don't abuse it. Though it is custom made, it is meant to be used and enjoyed.
