My car seat covers are made with flannel or cotton on top and soft minky underneath.
It has velcro on the tabs to attach to the handle.
Can add buttons or bows on the tabs for added decoration.
Names can also be embroidered on it for an extra $5.
Color of minky can be changed upon request.
