Tupelo Honey is a light honey with a greenish cast. This is the best Tupelo I've tasted. It is awesome on pancakes. A great replacement for syrup! This honey was harvested from the Florida Panhandle. It has a delicate flavor with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Some diabetics are allowed to eat this honey. You may also know this honey as 'Eulee's Gold' from the movie with Peter Fonda!
