HOW TO ORDER
1 - Choose 2-5 colors
2 - Choose your finish from the second drop down menu
3 - Include your 2-5 colors under "Personalization."
PLEASE allow approximately 3 – 4 weeks from time of order for your painting to be completed & shipped.
This is due to drying and curing times between painting & topcoats as well as after topcoat is applied. This will ensure that your new piece of art is 100% dry & arrives in excellent condition ready for display. If you have any special requests (i.e. specific pour styles or any other special requests) please send me a message and I will try to meet your needs. I can't wait to make a unique, beautiful fluid art piece for you!
WHAT SETS ME APART FROM OTHER PAINTERS ON ETSY: When I work on a custom piece for a customer, it is a journey for me, not just another commission. I will generally pour 2-3 canvases in different pour styles (or the same pour style) before settling on the one that calls out to myself, but more importantly, the client. This means that you will be able to walk with me through the artistic process. I will provide you with Photos of the Pieces as I create & finish them. I love seeing the chosen color pallet in multiple variations
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unique method of this painting style, NO two paintings will ever look the exact same. Your end result will be completely one-of-a-kind, and thus generally non-returnable, but I will always ensure that you’re satisfied with your results prior to shipping.
MATERIALS: All canvases are acid-free, archival quality, primed canvases, and 100% cotton panels & are 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick stretched canvas. I use water-based acrylic paints. Unless otherwise specified or requested. All paintings are further protected with Liquitex Varnish. This is a permanent varnish to protect surfaces and gives even protection against UV damage, it is translucent when wet, and dries clear & is non-yellowing. The Varnish is also flexible and water-resistant when dry so there won’t be any cracking with age as paint on Polycrylic coatings sometimes can. Each Canvas comes with 8 canvas wedges & instructions for using them. Canvas wedges or “canvas keys” are used to tightening the canvas if it becomes loose.
My Preferred medium in paints are pearls and metallic, so every piece includes some. Because of this, there is much more stunning detail than I can show in photos! The different paints in my pieces give them depth and texture that just are not visible in the photos. Additionally, the high gloss varnish makes it difficult to photograph without glare. Up close in person, however, this and all my pieces will pop against any wall.
