Our Caribbean Sunset Carving Board is for sure one of our best boards out there. This carving board is reversible, with one side having a juice groove and the other without. Having the juice groove is very helpful when carving a turkey or a chicken. This feature helps to capture the juices for easy disposal, while the reverse side remains in tact and is useful for that magic she that has a million things to do and only 2 minutes to do it. Flip from one side to the other. I would suggest the non-juice groove side first to avoid any accidents from the full juice groove. Maple and Canary sure do mix well in this eye turner.;
