The annual fair has been an exhibit of the culture, heritage and history of all that is from our communities and we are proud of the traditions that are part of the fair. The theme is used to create many still exhibits, feature booths and entries in most every department. Seeing is Believing promises to be another great year and we hope everyone in our community takes the opportunity to create a memory while taking part in our annual fair.

Governor’s Plan to reopen:
Gov. Newsom (D) announces "Blueprint for a Safer Economy" overhauling CA's reopening process. Counties will be placed in a color-coded tier system based upon COVID-19's prevalance in each county. Each color corresponds to how businesses may reopen and operate. Purple being the most restrictive, followed by Red, Orange, and Yellow as the least restrictive. Counties' color-placement is based upon 1. number of cases per 100,000 residents and percentage of positive COVID-19 cases. Counties must remain in each tier except purple for at least 21 days before being eligible to enter the next tier. (from 8/28)
Mask Mandates:
Requirement. Mandates that face coverings be worn state-wide in public places. Lays out certain exceptions.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Gatherings with 250 people or more should be rescheduled or canceled. Smaller gatherings can proceed so long as social distanced 6 feet can be maintained.
