Twain on Main, hosted by the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council, in historic downtown Hannibal is held annually on Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. The festival centers around Mark Twain's, Roughing It. Festivalgoers and participants are strongly encouraged to dress in western attire, but are not required. Pull out those cowboy boots and cowboy hats! Downtown Hannibal has a decades long tradition of hosting festivals on Main Street on Memorial Day Weekend, Twain on Main is celebrating its 15th year in 2023! The festival hosts over 100 artisans, craftsmen, and vendors along with multiple stages featuring music and entertainment.
