General FAQs
If you are a free (basic) or paid (pro) member of FestivalNet, log in and click "Events" > "Pro Search" to find events.
If you are a website visitor, there is a search tool on our home page. Or, you can use the "Search for events here" box on the top of our website.
If the "Search for events here" box does not yield the event you are searching for, send us a note so we can investigate that event.
Member FAQs
First, be sure you are logged in to your account.
On your My Account page, click "Find Events". Select your search options, and click "Search Now." In the search results, you will see "View Full Details" link, click this for full show details.
It is possible you need to renew your account if you can not see full show details. Go here to renew.
