Oatmeal Milk & Honey Fragrance Oil is a good for you blend of oatmeal, milk, honey and almond. Phthalate Free. This is another favorite of mine. The 3 scents compliment each other in this blend and is another soap in my Spa Line. I use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter & Castor Oil. To make this soap Spa worthy I also use Colloidal Oatmeal, Raw Honey, Coconut Milk, Tussah Silk, Aloe Vera Powder, Kaolin Clay
