We incorporate key ingredients from the Spice Islands such as cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, allspice, coriander, cumin, and cardamom blended with the Caribbean Scotch Bonnet pepper for an authentic jerk flavor. Our Tropical Jerk Rub is perfect for chicken, pork, lamb, and seafood. It can be used alone or in tandem with our Spice Isle Tropical Jerk Sauce. All of our products are independently tested gluten free. In addition, our products do not contain MSG or soy.
