This time of year! Search tips for Success✅

This time of year, it's tempting to search by "2026 only" in our member's pro search.  Since we only have one listing per event, that is not ideal!  Event updates roll in 'year-round' - sometimes 3-6 months before the event dates. Searching by 'all years' with your selected month(s) will reveal updated and non-updated annual events!  We ask for event updates monthly and some promoters update far in advanced and others do not; we get to the updates eventually on all events! It's literally never ending, and we appreciate your patience. 😄 Relying on 'last years' event data (website, emails, approximate deadline...) is generally very helpful too.

How to Turn One-Time Festival Customers into Year-Round Fans

Festivals attract countless visitors who come for fun, music, and connection. One-time festival customers are those who attend once, enjoy the event, and move on without further interaction. Brands that understand their value can grow faster and smarter. Each attendee carries data, feedback, and potential repeat sales. In short, they represent opportunity beyond a single transaction. Businesses should focus on building strong relationships instead of chasing new crowds every season. Retaining current customers costs less and brings consistent returns. Smart engagement after the festival keeps your brand top of mind. To turn one-time festival customers into year-round fans, use thoughtful communication, authentic experiences, and ongoing value. This approach transforms temporary excitement into lasting loyalty that strengthens brand growth.

Understand Your Audience Beyond the Festival Gate

Successful retention starts with knowing your audience well. Gather data through surveys, ticket systems, and social media insights. Study what visitors love most about your event and what keeps them engaged afterward.

How to Set Up a Professional-Looking Booth on a Budget

How to Set Up a Professional-Looking Booth on a Budget

A booth is more than a space—it is your stage to connect with people and spark interest. Vendors serving the festival community know that attention spans are short, so the display must stand out instantly. You can set up a professional-looking booth on a budget and still make it engaging. This is about using strategy, creativity, and resourcefulness to create something that turns heads. Make active choices so every detail works for you.

Define Your Booth’s Purpose and Audience

Before spending a single dollar, define what your booth should achieve. Are you selling products, promoting services, or building awareness? The purpose will shape the entire setup.

Consider your audience next. Parents with children need a space that feels open and easy to navigate. Young professionals might look for sleek design and tech integration. Every decision about colors, layout, and signage should speak directly to them.

When you know your goals and your audience, you can make smarter choices and avoid wasting money on unnecessary elements.

Music Marketing Tools That Actually Work at Live Events

Live shows are about connection. For musicians, they’re also about growth. You want fans to remember your name, follow you online, and tell their friends. But handing out flyers won’t cut it anymore. You need music marketing tools that work. These tools help artists turn in-person energy into long-term loyalty. The right setup gives each show a chance to grow its following, boost sales, and build a recognizable presence.

Branded Photo Ops That Travel Online

People always snap photos at shows, so make those photos work for you. Set up a backdrop near the entrance with your logo, tour name, or sponsor branding. When fans take pictures in front of it, they create ready-made posts for social media that promote your brand. Those images spread across platforms, sharing your name without extra effort from your team. It’s simple, smart exposure that lasts beyond the show.

Spotlight on Juneteenth: The Freedom DayModified June 9, 2025

Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the ending of slavery in the United States. President Biden signed it into law to honor the day as a national holiday; which many states already recognized as such.

"Today Juneteenth commemorates African American freedom and emphasizes education and achievement. It is a day, a week, and in some areas a month marked with celebrations, guest speakers, picnics and family gatherings. It is a time for assessment, self-improvement and for planning the future. Its growing popularity signifies a level of maturity and dignity in America long over due. In cities across the country, people of all races, nationalities and religions are joining hands to truthfully acknowledge a period in our history that shaped and continues to influence our society today." - Juneteenth.com
